how would i go about finding out how to get a seized car?

cars that have been seized by the government or law enforcement. i hear the auction them off for real cheap and i want to figure out what i need to do and where i need to go to get one of those cars.

Try both your county and state accounting office, sometimes thy are listed on the state or county web site when their is a auction scheduled. most expect a cashiers check or cash. Depending on the amount you may be asked to put down a deposit giving you time to arrange financing. Great prices can be found but remember you will most likely be bidding against dealers..good luck!

there can be some pretty good deals at these auctions… sometimes you just need to find a local auction house and ask them when the next gov’t sales are coming as they sometimes take care of that…

Sometimes they are listed in the newspaper every couple of months. Most of them are not advertised though. But there are car auction sites out there that you can join that will give you a list of several auctions in your area. mycarauctionreview.com has info on a couple of them.
