do purchasing government auction lists online work? has anyone brought any of the lists and they give you quality listings ??

Im going to open a used car dealership that sells mostly japenese import cars such as honda, acura, toyota. But im also going to have trucks and crotch rockets. Im going to buy modifications in bulk and install them myself to lower the price. modifications like body kits, sound systems, drifting kits, rims, lambo doors, under car lights.

each car will only get a few modifications to make it stand out from the normal as well as any touch ups to make it sell at the highest possible price. Im not trying to make these cars brand new but im trying to exploit the ‘fast and the furious’ niche that teenagers and mexicans love.
Im going to buy the cars at auctions and government auctions/government impound lots.

For the first few years it will be me doing most of the work, running the business, car salesman, and auto mechanic (i have extensive car knowledge). Once the business is on its feet im going to customise the cars.
People go out to the car lot, find a car, we go inside and they customise which parts they want on the car, i install them and notify them when the car is ready in a few weeks-month.

cars im going to be selling are mitsubishi eclipse, toyota celica, honda S2000, nissian skyline, mazda rx-7, nissian 350z, honda prelude. f-150 with lift kit and tires. Crotch rockets are going to be pretty much sold as is.

According to the authentic and true information much better than the lies of Hong Kong government and property owners told, Hong Kong has 90% of its small business are working for nothing. He owned a lot of monies from the banks, friends and one loan shark. He said the rent went up three times within 3 years for the same business outlet in Kowloon.Hong Kong should have rent control laws.
