i mean if you live in a condo, you have to pay condo fees and property tax and if you fail to pay any of them despite the fact that the property is fully paid for, you will be evicted and the property auctioned off to recoup the government money. same goes for a house, and a car. if you dont pay city sticker, registration and insurance, the caar will be taken off you. so the question is do you ever really own them?
