I do NOT want to renew my contract with Att if they are not the ones that are going to be purchasing the government frequency that they are auctioning off.</p><p>I heard it’s the frequency that they are discontinuing for TV&#8217;s in 2009.</p><p>Does anyone have any incite on who might be the cell phone carrier to purchase it?  I heard this news on NPR, but they didn’t say who was the most likely to buy it.<br/></div><p
